“One thing I can say about Joe, he never gives up. My husband and I were on a limited budget, but needed to find a new home due to our growing family. We have been renting in the past, so this was our first experience with purchasing a home. Joe showed us a number of bank owned and foreclosed homes and was really great about explaining the whole process to us, sometimes multiple times for our understanding!
